Black Tiger MMA Team fighters competed (and kicked ass) in an MMA event in Beijing China on Oct. 2, 2006.
Fernando Bernstein is a Muay Thai fighter from San Clemente, California.
Haomiao is a Sanda (Sanshou) fighter from Beijing, China.
This event was held in a public park with only mats on hard pavement. It was “grass roots” MMA with a very local Chinese flavor. This is one of the most interesting MMA events I’ve ever seen.

Currently, I’m 6′ and 153 pounds. I want to gain as much weight as I can. What would be the healthiest, quickest, most effective way to gain some. I work out in the gym and all I do is tone my muscles, there is no weight gain. Someone give me som good advice. Maybe someone with experience in MMA fighting that knows about going up and down weight classes. Thanks!
