I want to try fighting in an MMA tournament, but i don’t know where to begin or how to find one. My experience in this area is lacking, so if anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it.

   For few years before competing just how lacking are you should be aware of the time grappling and mma that is.

   most dont do tornments anymore contact a local shcool maybe see if they know any shows thatw ill take you
