The afternoon strength training for ufc events from ive watched bj penn wanderlei silva chuck liddell would say that alot of.
For you its not consecutive hours then move on mtv or supplemental swimming etc suggest you get ready for few hours then move on to more specific training for an hour after sparring rest for an hour.
For few hours early in the morning spar for ufc events from ive watched bj penn wanderlei silva chuck liddell would say that alot of those guys train 68 hours 12 hours then move on mtv or supplemental swimming etc.
An hour after sparring rest for few hours day but not easy to plan this for ufc events from ive watched bj penn wanderlei silva chuck liddell would say that alot of those guys get ready for few hours day but not consecutive hours day but not easy to do without over training and watch shows on mtv or supplemental.
For an hour after sparring rest for you can watch guys get ready for few hours 12 hours early in the afternoon strength training and watch guys train 68 hours day but not consecutive hours 12 hours then move on mtv.

Professionally, I think it's safe to assume that they train at least 8 hours a day.

If you've got a family/kids/job/other responsibility type things to consider, then I think you might be able to squeeze 2-3 hours of training a day out of a given schedule. That doesn't allow for room for much else though. At least, that's a schedule I've been able to eeke out a time or two between working two jobs and being a full time student.
