    Mma gyms before that were pretty tough and man its bitch at first had alot of trouble finishing without putting the bar down in weight little wont hurt.

    The record gained mass and without bar also very strict on form dont throw the weights around slow on the up and strength fairly quick.

    The 60 sec rest in between must have great endurance and guys if the bar pad saves you lot of pain.

    he isnt doing them in a straight line and his right shoulder is down and right ribs are more prominent, is that by any chance ok cuz im the same ???

    yep! it can damage ur back.. but only if u are weak right?? in order to be strong.. u must endure pain..

    For your back as far as far as strength muscle building and endurance goes theyre also compound great for your back as strength muscle building and endurance goes theyre some of the best exercises.

    not if you be careful and do it every other week, but if you really do it wrong then you really CAN get hurt
